To provide our products and services, we may share your personal information with approved service providers and affiliated entities who assist us with order fulfilment, product registration, customer support, guarantee administration, payment processing, logistics, marketing communications and other activities described in this Privacy Notice. Such parties are required to implement appropriate security measures and may only process personal information in accordance with applicable laws and contractual obligations.

These online and social media sites are governed by the privacy notice of the company providing the feature, not by our Privacy Notice. We only collect information from third parties who have obtained your consent to share your information. This may include demographic, marketing and consumer insight information obtained from third-party data providers that helps us improve our products, services, customer experience and marketing communications.
Children
Our products, services and websites are not intended for children under the age of eighteen (18) years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have unintentionally collected personal information from a child, we will take every reasonable effort to delete or anonymise or otherwise appropriately handle such information in accordance with applicable law.
Sharing and transferring personal information
We will never sell your Personal Information to any third party.
We may share your personal information with carefully selected service providers who assist us in providing products and services to you, fulfilling our contractual obligations, or who otherwise assist us in carrying out the purposes described in this Privacy Notice. We have contracts in place with these providers that stipulate they cannot do anything with your personal information without instruction from us and that they provide their service via secure methods.
Our service providers are:
- Logistics and Transport providers who deliver and collect products to and from your address
- Customer Call Centre which provides support to our consumers regarding our products and services
- Payment Processing Providers to process your order payment
- Payment Service Providers, such as Tabby and Tamara, that process and administer payment transactions and Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) arrangements in accordance with their respective terms and privacy notices, Tabby & Tamara’s Privacy Notice can be found here:
- IT Service Providers who host and manage our systems, applications, and data storage
- Marketing providers to manage our electronic communications to you and help us provide you with the advertising you are most likely to be interested in.
- Digital Marketing providers who invite you to share a review of our products or services after a purchase
In the event of a sale of all or substantially all our business or another similar transaction (such as a sale of a division or business unit), we may transfer or disclose your personal information to a purchaser or prospective purchaser, who may collect, use and disclose such information for the purposes of evaluating and/or effecting a proposed transaction or operating and managing the affairs of the acquired business, or for other purposes consistent with this Privacy Notice and permitted under applicable law.
We may also disclose your personal information where required to do so under applicable KSA law, or upon request by a competent regulatory or government authority including the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
How long do we keep your personal information?
We will only keep personal information for as long as is necessary for the purposes we have collected it, and described in this Privacy Notice, and as required by law, such as:
- Where you do not have an account with us, and have consented to receive our marketing communications, we will, upon your opt-out request, minimize the personal information we retain after 90 days to the extent necessary to maintain your marketing suppression preferences.
- We may keep your personal information for 6 years where you have purchased a product from us to facilitate your Guarantee and our obligations within the applicable consumer regulations.
- We may retain personal information for as long as necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, including claims relating to the supply of goods or personal injury.
- We may retain personal information for a longer time where required by applicable legal, regulatory, tax or accounting obligations.
How do we protect your personal information?
SharkNinja & the Company are strongly committed to keeping your personal information safe. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access.
We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorized manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, it is important that you keep your passwords, account details and other user credentials secure and confidential.
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to support and enhance our products, services, customer experience, operational processes and business activities.
Where AI is used in connection with personal information, we will take reasonable steps to ensure such use is consistent with applicable privacy and data protection laws and our obligations under this Privacy Notice. As part of our global operations, we may transfer, store or process your personal information outside the KSA, including within the SharkNinja group of companies, the Company’s affiliated entities, and approved service providers and business partners located in other jurisdictions.
Where personal information collected in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is transferred, stored or processed outside the KSA, we will ensure that such transfers are carried out in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and any applicable implementing regulations. We will take reasonable steps to implement appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, Data Processing Agreements or other lawful transfer mechanisms, to protect your personal information and, where required by applicable law, obtain any necessary consents prior to such transfers.
We require third parties who process personal information on our behalf to implement appropriate security measures and to process personal information only for the purposes authorized by us and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Your Data Protection Rights
In certain circumstances, you may exercise the rights available to you as per the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), as follows:
- Right to access personal information held about you and to ask for copies of your personal information.
- Right to request us to make any changes and rectify your personal information if you think it is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask for information to be completed if you think it is incomplete.
- Right to ask for your personal information to be deleted.
- Right to restriction of processing your personal information in certain circumstances.
- Right to object to processing your personal information where the processing of your personal information is based on our legitimate interests. If we use your personal information for direct marketing, you can ask us to stop, and we will comply with your request.
- Right to object to and not be subject to a decision which is based solely on automated processing (including profiling) which may produce legal effects concerning you or could significantly affect you.
- Right to data portability. You can ask us to transfer your personal information to you or to a third party you have chosen, your personal information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. Please note that this right only applies in certain circumstances.
