Faulty grill when received.
The machine itself is good, but the metal grill was super stuck when we received it, and it always feels like it is going to get stuck at the bottom of the frying compartment.

Disappointed
I bought this under 2 years ago and loved it. Awesome machine until it just decided to stop working one day. It switches on but doesn’t heat or cook so I think it’s the element that’s gone. A bit disappointing and now on the look out for a new model as not really trusting the ninja any longer. Shame though because when it worked it was good.
