Ninja Foodi MAX 15-in-1 SmartLid Multi-Cooker 7.5L

Great until it isn’t. For the price you expect it to last long than 2 years 2 months. Very frustrating. Insert probe keeps coming up won’t cook at all Ninja won’t do anything as it’s over 2 years. Making me extremely hesitant to buy anything Ninja/Shark again.

I have used this for N times only and it start having error with the pressure settings. LNot worth the money as it always need a replacement

Works well but not up to heavy use. The lid wiring failed on ours shortly after it went out of warranty and the gasket has failed on the lid.

Quick way to prepare food. Easy to follow instructions and very tasty meals

The product is absolutely brilliant, but has broken after around 4 years use. The fan broke initially, but I kept the product for its other functions, but now the pressure cooker and steam function have stopped working, so it’s just a very expensive slow cooker. For an expensive bit of kit I would expect it to last longer, and I’m 50/50 about now buying another one as it sounds like I did well to get it to over 4 years old.

Exactly on the day after guarantee stopped working. Typical plug in issue with cable disconnected in the lid. No support from service. They act like they are not aware of the most typical issue with the machine. Very expensive and works only 18 to 24 months. I don't recommend.

I love this machine... When it works that is. I've had two fail just after the warranty period. Both times it's been the fan that's failed and that is a common fault with my friends. Such a great product but it's too expensive for me to replace every 2-3 years ????

We've been using this for so long now and it is used every day!
So easy to through a slow cooker meal in and leave all day, sear off some before before it slow cooks and plenty of other features, we have never tried!
Only down side is there is now delay timer, sometimes the keep warm is too warm, so a delay timer would have made this perfect!

Still no joy from Ninja in fixing TH|EIR FAULT on this expensive bit of kit...really disgraceful!!

Absolutely love the 15 in 1 but is out of warranty and the fan has broken and so can’t air fry which is what it’s mainly used for. The company have offered 30% discount off a replacement but that still makes it an expensive replacement.
