Shark Detect Clean & Empty Cordless Pet Vacuum Cleaner

The machine isn’t quite as powerful as I had heard

The worst Shark hoover I’ve ever had. The small width of the pipe means it is always requiring to be unclogged, the suction isn’t the greatest and the small dust box means it needs to be emptied at least 4 times in one cleaning process of a 2 up 2 down house.
Now it does have its upsides like the auto change of power for different floors and increased suction on skirtings, the weight is very nice but easily understood considering the what might seem like shortcuts they’ve taken to give you a smarter hoover.
The new anti hair wrap is very impressive though my last shark had the old anti hair wrap of which I had to untangle my long dark hair from maybe once or twice a week, not had to do that yet. The tools for this product are also what you might call cheaply made. I feel either the hoover or part will need replacing at some point. Might have to rethink on hoover brands

purchased last week and worked brilliantly for first couple days. Now when using the floor nozzle is no longer picking up. It just moves the dust etc around & when switch it off it drops any debris it has picked up. Works and picks up perfectly with the other two attachments. I've followed all the troubleshooting advice and cleaned the product twice and still getting same issue. Tried to call to get assistance and agent disconnected the call.

Okay — I’m officially obsessed. This Shark hoover is honestly a game changer.

First off, it’s so lightweight and easy to manoeuvre, even on carpet, and it literally tells you how dirty your floor is and adjusts power automatically — it’s like it’s smarter than me ????

The “Clean & Empty” function is next level — no more getting hands full of dust trying to empty the bin. You just push a button and it does its thing. Super hygienic and no mess.

The battery lasts ages — I’ve done my whole flat (and then some) on one charge. And the suction?? It’s seriously powerful. I didn’t realise how gross my floors were until I used this.

Also — the pet hair tool is a lifesaver if you’ve got animals. My sofa finally looks like it’s not part dog.

For the price, it’s an absolute steal. Genuinely one of the best cordless vacuums I’ve ever used.

This has been the worst vacuum we've ever had - blocks so easily, and constantly have to take it apart and empty the blockage out. The battery life is awful. The emptying flap always sticks open. The actual suction of it is truly awful.
In fairness to Shark, they offered me a refund for the return of it...I'm guessing because there's been such poor reviews for it. So, this score is not for Shark themselves, it's for the product.

Fantastic vacuums for the price, sufficiently cleans each surface, and I love the fact it's empty's after each clean into the waste bin at the back. fantastic vacuum.

I was given this vacuum as a gift and not impressed at all as dust gathers in the wand and blocks it moving upwards into the box. I’ve contacted Shark but found their response to be really unhelpful. Is there a replacement wand I can purchase for this model as I can’t find one on site. At present I’d say this device is not fit for the purpose as it’s only used in a very small flooring area

2 star is all i will give , and that's because I like the design potential not to touch the vacuumed stuff, and that covers only dust and hairs and similar. I thought it worked well at first , but then the more I used it the more little giggles I noticed.such as will it pick up cat or kitten biscuits, the answer was no , so what can be hoovered up, just dust particles and hairs

Better than expected, pick up is powerfull and self adjusting. The self empth function is brilliant. Never had any issues with blockages that some have experienced. My only negative is it is not very tall, which means i tend to bend when cleaning thick pile carpet.

Not recommended at all. The suction is insufficient. It does not effectively remove debris; it merely shifts more than half of the rubbish from one side to another. The battery life is extremely poor. I have been a loyal customer of Shark vacuum products and have utilized other items as well without any complaints, but this particular product is a significant disappointment. Unfortunately, it is too late; I wish I could have returned it.
