Wanted a new blender to replace an old bullet, I have been using this blender for a few weeks now and I’m slightly disappointed, I was hoping to blend frozen fruit but it just gets stuck so then have to compensate with more liquid than wanted.

Noisy is an understatement! It’s so loud it makes it difficult to stay in the same room …

Crushing ice is the only good thing about it

Was surprised at the size and weight but am over the moon with the blender. I am not a kitchen gadget person but this I feel is becoming a necessity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is strong af could probably blend rocks with this thing, got it for frozen fruits ice n oats n stuff for the gym and my god this thing sounds like it could turn some wheels in a car,I’ve had blenders in the pass but this thing evaporated any chunks or bits into easy drinkable shakes, I didn’t know ninja really was the best… trust me

Condensation trapped in handle after washing jug. Otherwise the functions are excellent and smoothies come out smooth- perfect timing for the ☀️. The capacity of jug is great for serving 4 or more people. Crushes ice well. Enjoying Matcha smoothies.

A utterly brilliant blender - so efficient. Feels study and solidly built as with the quality expected from Shark! Just a shame its so bulky and so loud

Bought this last year - when you put in the dishwasher the dirty water from the dishwasher gets trapped in the handle and hollow corners of the base. After a while mold is being trapped inside - I assume if I unscrew it all the warranty will be void. We have been sent another and exactly the same problem happening. We can’t continue to send back.
