Great replacement for our old Dyson, as well as a GTech. Pet edition works wonderfully on our golden retriever’s hair, it is nice and light, and I can also use it in our Motorhome. Some good accessories, and additional battery means it runs for quite a while

It does a fantastic job picking up dust and pet hair from both hard floors and carpets. The battery life is more than enough to clean the whole apartment, and not having to deal with a cord is a total game-changer. Great value for money—highly recommended!

I do like the new Shark vacuum cleaner the suction is good battery life also good, but I think what the Shark is made of isn’t as sturdy. Why Shark have gone down this line I’ve no idea and looking at the reviews it seems like there are better vacuums out there. I am disappointed i bought it mostly no but in some ways yes.

Amazing machine ! Should have got one of these years ago. It does exactly what it says it does on the box.
We have a dog and with all that goes with it, the place has never looked so clean or smelt so good either, absolutely brilliant !
Happy with the price too and worth every penny. I can’t recommend this product enough !

Really happy with this hoover and its features
Not too heavy, poweful light and easy to use.

Had this for 10 months now. Whilst it picks up well it is so noisy, sounds like a strangled ghost. Wish I could return.

I bought this Hoover based on the good reviews, mainly to use on my wooden floors with four children and a French Bulldog. It started off great, and I love that it comes with two batteries. Unfortunately, by the second day it was already blocked, which is really disappointing. Not what I expected from a Hoover this price with such good reviews.

Got this hoover Nov last year and it’s drove me mad since, have a dog so the powerful setting is amazing however the battery time, there is no way there that’s an hours run time, live in a large 5 bed I have to choose if I want to do upstairs or down stairs and that’s just hoovering, just finishing it not even doing edges etc before the thing dies, I’m on here now as I’ve had enough and need another battery but feel I need to get two! The eco setting is just not powerful enough even on our hard floor! Thats a waste of time

Purchased this last week, and I must say it's as much use as a chocolate fire guard.

Shark have definitely reduced their quality with this one.

Anti pet pro I think not. Used the clean sense setting on my rug (flat short pile, not shaggy) and it just clumps all the hair in a pile when pulled back. Which means I have to use the most powerful setting in order to collect any pet hair. Which at first you think, does a good job, until you realise that the battery is dead in less than five minutes. I thought it may be a dud battery so used the spare, exactly the same result. It would be impossible to complet the whole downstairs in one go if I had carpet throughout. So unless your happy to have a tea break in between each rug in order to charge the battery again, absolutely rubbish. Which leads me to the Eco setting, forget it. Unless you have a lightly soiled hard surface it's pointless. I'm now back to using the corded hoover as it's quicker (believe it or not). So all in all probably the worst product I have bought from Shark. If I hadn't chucked the box away so hastily (as I thought this product would be just as good, if not better than the other shark hoovers I have purchased) it would be going straight back. I do not recommend this model.

I must say this is the best vacuum I have used around the house for picking up pet hair. Powerful and easy to use, especially with the two batteries; one cannot find fault with this item. I rate it excellent and give it 5 stars
